To WIP or not to WIP

"Sweet Little Latias" was my original title.

This might be a WIP xD I really want to do more to it, but I don't know how to do lineless art :c *epic frown* It's hard and I don't know what brushes or settings to use. I just guess, and I know this can probably be 10 times better if I knew more.

SO. If you know of any good lineless tutorials, or if you know how to draw lineless, PLEASE share, I've been trying to find out how for ages :c

Anywho, I love Latias, and Latios, too, of course! They're so adorable :3 :3 :3 :3 :3
